Special terms for tutor matching service By using our service, you may receive emails or any other kinds of contact from our representatives in suggesting one or more our registered tutors that might be suitable for you. Tutors Field Australia is strictly a referral service, and we do not make any guarantees or recommendations to the quality of services by the suggested tutors rendered to you. The tutor(s) is/are suggested merely in accordance to the information provided to us by the tutors that match your specific needs. It is the responsibility of you to establish the suitability of the tutor directly with the tutor. Tutors Field makes no representation with respect to any individual tutor. It is recommended you have done sufficient verification (e.g. identity check, work with child check and police check) with the tutor before engaging any tutoring service. |

Special terms for instant messaging system To use the instant messaging system, Tutor(s) and Student(s) must agree that (i) no contact details of Tutors and Students can be exchanged or provided, and (ii) no lesson appointment can be arranged, prior to the first lesson deposit (“deposit”) is paid by the Students via Tutors Field’s platform. The deposits are payable in the amounts and in the manner described on the website. After the first lesson appointment is arranged, Tutors must agree that Students are only required to pay the remaining balance of their mutually agreed lesson fees by the agreed payment method. Tutors also agree that Tutors Field will keep the full deposit as the connection fee that payable to Tutors Field for the use of the instant messaging system and student referral services. The deposit is refundable by the request from Students if there is no lesson appointment is made or the lesson is cancelled with 24 hours’ notice is given. Tutors Field, at our absolute discretion, may exchange Tutors and Students’ contact details by emails or any kind of contact methods after the deposit is paid by Students. Tutors Field reserve the right at our absolute discretion to terminate Tutors or Students’ accounts in the event we believe they are breaching above terms or for any other reason in our absolute discretion without reason or cause. |

Special terms for Tuition Centre and Music School Any user that fall into Tuition Centre/Music School category must register as Tuition Centre/Music School. An educational institution is classified in Tuition Centre/Music School category if it is known as Tuition Centre/Music School by the general definition or if it is deemed to be Tuition Centre/Music School by Tutors Field Australia. Tutors Field reserve the right at our absolute discretion to deem a registered user to be Tuition Centre/Music School. Tutors Field also reserve the right at our absolute discretion to reject the registration of user as Private Tutor category if the user is classified as Tuition Centre/Music School by general definition or is deemed to be Tuition Centre/Music School by Tutors Field. |

Special terms for deals/promotions Deals and promotions provided by registered tutors might be subject to change, cancellation or other conditions. It is your responsibility to confirm deals and promotions with tutors before engaging any tutoring services. Tutors Field provide no guarantee or responsibility on any deals and promotions from tutors. |

No guarantees or endorsements of sites or services we link to or that link to us Tutors Field provides links and pointers to internet sites maintained by third parties from the Website. Such linked sites are not under the control of Tutors Field and Tutors Field is not responsible for the contents (including the accuracy, legality or decency) of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. It is a responsibility of the tutor and user to establish mutual agreement as to the terms and feasibility of their transaction prior to conducting the actual transaction. Further, it is the responsibility of the user to establish the suitability and the appropriateness of the tutor directly with the tutor before engaging the tutor. Tutors Field makes no representation or warranty with respect to any individual tutor. Tutors Field is not involved in the actual transaction between tutors and users. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the services advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or the ability of either party to actually complete a transaction. Tutors Field cannot and does not confirm each user's purported identity. We do not control the information provided by other users which is made available through our system. You may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution and common sense as appropriate in dealing with any unknown individual. Appropriate parental control, supervision and monitoring should at all times be applied by parents particularly when minors are involved with tutors.
