About Me

I’ve been an English teacher for over 30 years and taught the SACE in SA, HSC in NSW and the VCE here in Victoria. I also teach Drama and History. I’ve been tutoring for more than 30 years. As an English teacher I’ve taught English and English Literature as well as Foundation courses and Literacy. I’ve been a moderator and exam marker. My students say I am a good teacher because I make them think and I care about their well being. I follow Constructivist theory and thus do not spoon feed students answers, but teach them how to figure them out themselves. I can teach you mnemonics to remember how to analyse arguments and structure your essays. You will improve your English results, I can help.
