Bruna began singing at the age of eight in choirs under the direction of Patricia Costa and since then she has been performing in choirs, vocal groups and bands.

She participated in several vocal music festivals, workshops, groups and relevant events in the Brazilian music scene, such as FIC - Internacional Festival Choirs - Minas Gerais - Brazil (2009), Fest Rio Vocal (2012) and II Prêmio Rio Sem Preconceito (2013). He was part of the soprano section in the IBEU choir (2016-2019) under the direction of Ana Azevedo, in addition to the social project Cantareiros under the direction of Jules Vandystadt. She performed as a solo singer on stages such as Ribalta, Sala Baden Powell, Hotel Sofitel, João Caetano Theater, Beco das Garrafas, among others.

In 2016, she released his first album, the independent EP ‘Dias de Céu Azul’, where she toured a Brazilian repertoire from various periods. ‘Amor de índio’ - Milton Nascimento, ‘Todo sentimento’ - Chico Buarque e Cristovão Bastos and ‘Arrastão’ - Edu Lobo gained original reinterpretations of Bruna and her band, all musicians active in the independent scene in Rio, who freely contributed to the construction of the arrangements. Caymmi appeared with 'A Mãe d'água e a Menina', a forgotten march from her 80s repertoire. The EP also featured the song 'without epoch' by Milton Nascimento, 'Ponta de areia' and 'Ressonância' (theme unpublished by Lander Andrade, composer, arranger and instrumentalist).

The singer and her band performed a season of concerts at Little Club - Beco das Garrafas (Copacabana – Rio de Janeiro) which included some songs from the EP in their repertoire, as well as themes composed by Chico Buarque, Milton Nascimento and Tom Jobim. The show was produced by musician, researcher and arranger Gabriel Gonzaga.
