Phil Lambert welcomes students of all ages and abilities. Over his fifteen years of teaching experience, Phil has developed a teaching practice that is both enthusiastic and dedicated towards the progress of his students and by setting goals, always maintains a high level of achievement. In particular, he prides himself on the ability to develop his students overall technical skills and understanding of the music they play, whilst maintaining an encouraging and enjoyable lesson. He has taught from both the Royal Schools Examinations and AMEB syllabuses and has an overall average of A Grades for students sitting examinations. Phil understands the importance of recognising every student's potential at an early stage, so that he or she gains the most from their instrument or studies.
