  • I’ve recently finished year 12 at Presbyterian Ladies’ College (PLC) and have graduated with a 90+ ATAR. About Me

I’ve recently finished year 12 at Presbyterian Ladies’ College (PLC) and have graduated with a 90+ ATAR. Throughout the year I came to appreciate what it meant to have kind, patient, confident and resourceful tutors, and so I’d like to pass on some of the knowledge I’ve been lucky enough to gain.

I finished with study scores above 40 (top 9% of the state) in three of my subjects: English, Further Mathematics and Global Politics, which I plan on continuing to study at Uni in some capacity, and I would be eager to share my resources and handy tips with you, no matter what stage of the year or what goal it is you’re aiming for.

I’m able to tutor anywhere in the Dandenong Ranges, or along the Belgrave/Lilydale and Cranbourne/Pakenham train lines.

So please, don’t hesitate to contact me for trial sessions, and best of luck with your studies :)

Qualification

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Business

Monash University, Caulfield

2018 - 2022

(In Progress)

Subject

I graduated with a score that placed me in the top 7% of the state, and I have a love for English at all levels.

I am familiar with most of the texts in the VCAA study design and the Victorian Secondary Curriculum, however my primary focus would be on essay structure, note-taking, oral assessments, creative writing and language analysis.

I would also be willing to supply $100’s worth of crucial resources supplied by schools such as Scotch College, Presbyterian Ladies’ College and Lauriston.

I completed Units 1&2, 3&4 Further Mathematics and received a study score that placed me in the top 8% of the state.

I believe the key to maths, especially as a student who finds that it isn’t her second nature, is to have someone who is willing to slowly and kindly work through it with you, and be by your side as you continue to practice. Especially with Further Mathematics, which is considered to be the most competitive maths at the VCE level, it is important that students are constantly guided by someone who has been in their position.

I would also be willing to supply $100’s worth of crucial resources supplied by schools such as Scotch College, Presbyterian Ladies’ College and Lauriston.

I graduated with a Global Politics study score that put me in the top 9% of the state, and I came to learn that the key to doing well in Political Studies is to do constant, meticulous research, and to have a conscientious approach to study.

I believe I would be able to coach your child on strong essay writing, how to tackle short-answer questions, how to answer the question that is being asked, and how to incorporate modern, relevant evidence to support their arguments.

I would also be willing to supply $100’s worth of crucial resources supplied by schools such as Scotch College, Presbyterian Ladies’ College and Lauriston.
