I have been tutoring students in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Science for more than ten years. I love the job, and feel very lucky for the great students that I have had, and for the opportunity to share my passion for these subjects with so many different people.
I first started tutoring in 2005, towards the end of my undergraduate degree. I immediately found it to be a rewarding and useful job. It helped to reinforce the mathematics and physics that I had previously learnt, and the relationships that I had with my students made the day to day experience very fun. Since then, I have been consistently tutoring, covering a broad array of subjects. The majority of my students are at high school, studying mathematics or physics in grades 11 & 12. However, I have taught students all the way from grade 7, through to some subjects in the Masters of Engineering. I have always been complimented on the friendly, easy atmosphere in my lessons, and for my ability to frame difficult material in a way that is engaging and fun. I am confident that I can help to teach any high school curriculum, and most undergraduate mathematics and physics.
