After studying for years and working in the corporate world as a lawyer, I discovered the power and benefits of Yoga as a way to deal with the stress and pressure of my environment.
With many suffering from stress and anxiety due to their work and studies, I am motivated to share the physiological, psychological and bio-mechanical benefits of Yoga by being aware of (and practising) the body's postures, alignment and patterns of movement.
I have completed 200 hours Yoga Alliance certified training in Raja Yoga in Costa Rica and have been teaching; combining soul music with smooth asana transitions, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation aiming to invigorate the body and to create space in the crowded schedule of the mind.
I am passionate about sharing my love of Yoga with others and believe my experience working and studying for many years in a highly stressful environment has provided me with a valuable insight to teach and empower others to achieve mindfulness and wellness goals.
